Engagement Modes
FYDUS offers three ways to engage our community, and most clients use more than one depending on the nature of their needs.
Consultancy
The most familiar model. You engage FYDUS to advise on or execute a specific matter — a transaction, a structuring question, a dispute, a governance review. We bring the right professionals to the engagement, deliver the work, and ensure you have what you need.
Insourcing
You bring FYDUS professionals inside your organisation. They work alongside your team, attend your meetings, use your systems, and operate as part of your staff — for a defined period or on an ongoing basis.
White-Label & Referral
Designed primarily for multi-family offices and professional intermediaries, this model allows FYDUS to deliver services under your brand, invisible to the end client.
Commercial Models
We believe that how you pay for professional services should reflect the nature of the work and the value being delivered — not just the hours consumed.
Time-Cost
The traditional model, appropriate for advisory and transactional work where scope is variable. We provide transparent time records and competitive rates that reflect the seniority of the professionals involved.
Fixed Cost
For defined-scope engagements, we agree a fixed fee upfront. This gives the client certainty and eliminates the "meter running" dynamic.
Revenue Sharing
For certain engagements — particularly business development, market entry, and transaction-based work — we can structure arrangements where our compensation is tied to the success of the engagement.
